These Terms and Conditions govern your access to and use of AI Success Labs products, services, and sales funnels (the "Services"), operated by Happiworkers LTD (trading as AI Success Labs). By using this website or purchasing/engaging with our Services, you agree to these Terms.

1) Definitions

"Services": coaching programmes, masterclasses, workshops, digital courses, downloads, or other offers provided by AI Success Labs.

"Website": aisuccesslabs.com, sales funnels, and related landing pages.

"Content": all materials provided by us, including text, video, audio, templates, frameworks, prompts, downloads, and examples.

"We/Us/Our": Happiworkers LTD (trading as AI Success Labs), 2 Frederick Street, Kings Cross, London, WC1X 0ND.

"You/User/Client": the person purchasing, registering, or accessing the Services.

2) Eligibility & Accounts

• You must be 18+ or the age of majority in your jurisdiction.
• You agree to provide accurate details and keep login credentials secure.
• One account per purchase; access is non-transferable and must not be shared.

3) Access & Duration

• Digital courses/self-paced programmes typically include 12 months of access unless otherwise stated at checkout.
• Coaching programmes, workshops, or intensives are delivered at the dates/times communicated at purchase.
• We may update, improve, or replace Content during your access window.
• We do not guarantee uninterrupted service (maintenance/outages may occur).

4) Pricing & Payment

• Prices are listed in GBP. Any USD shown is approximate and subject to exchange rate fluctuations.
• Payments are processed in GBP; your provider may apply conversion/transaction fees.
• We reserve the right to change pricing for future purchases.

5) Payment Terms

• Services may be sold as one-time purchases or under payment plans (as displayed at checkout).
• All instalments must be completed as agreed. Failure to pay may result in suspension or cancellation of access.
• Chargebacks or failed payments may terminate your access.

6) External Tools & Ongoing Costs

• Some Services reference or require use of third-party AI tools (e.g., TruTones, Gamma, Relay).
• You are responsible for creating those accounts, paying any associated fees, and complying with their terms and policies.

7) Refunds & Cancellations

• Unless stated otherwise at purchase, all sales are final. Please commit only if ready.
• This does not affect non-waivable statutory rights under UK or EU consumer law. If applicable cooling-off rights exist, you acknowledge that accessing digital content immediately may waive them.

8) License & Use of Content

• We grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use Content solely for your personal/professional development.
• You may not copy, share, resell, or publicly display our Content.
• You retain ownership of original work you create using skills from the Services, subject to third-party tool licensing terms.

9) AI Outputs & Third-Party Terms

• Outputs generated with third-party AI services (such as TruTones, Gamma, Relay) are subject to those providers' licenses, content policies, and usage rules.
• You are responsible for ensuring your use is compliant, including commercial usage limits, attribution, or watermarking requirements.

10) Support & Add-Ons

• Self-paced programmes do not include personalised coaching unless explicitly offered.
• Group coaching or high-ticket programmes include support as described at checkout.
• Optional add-ons may be offered separately under their own terms.

11) Community Standards (if applicable)

• Respectful, professional behaviour is expected. No harassment, abuse, or discriminatory conduct.
• Confidentiality of other clients' experiences must be maintained.
• We may suspend or terminate access for violations.

12) Intellectual Property

• The Website, Services, and Content are protected by copyright, trademark, and IP laws.
• Except as licensed under Section 8, all rights remain with Happiworkers LTD.
• Our brand names, logos, and marks ("AI Success Labs," "Soft Exit," etc.) may not be used without written permission.

13) Disclaimers & Limitation of Liability

• Services are educational only; we do not guarantee specific business outcomes, income levels, or results.
• To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim liability for indirect, incidental, or consequential loss.
• Where liability cannot be excluded, our aggregate liability is capped at the amount paid for Services in the 12 months preceding the claim.

14) Service Availability & Force Majeure

• We will act reasonably to provide access as promised.
• We are not liable for failures caused by circumstances outside our control (e.g., internet outages, provider downtime, strikes, force majeure events).

15) Privacy & Data

• Your data is processed in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
• We use your information only to deliver Services, communicate with you, and meet legal requirements.

16) Changes to Services or Terms

• We may update Services or these Terms at any time.
• Updates will be posted here. Continued use after updates constitutes acceptance.

17) Governing Law & Jurisdiction

• These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales.
• Courts of England and Wales shall have exclusive jurisdiction.
